Warranty Coverage

All Projvi projectors come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware malfunctions under normal use

  • Product faults not caused by misuse

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by water, fire, or unauthorized repairs

  • Accessories such as cables or adapters unless defective upon arrival

Warranty Claim Process

Resolution

Shipping for Warranty Claims
